Lauren transitioned into the legal sector after working within the beauty and aesthetics industry for the past ten years. During her time within the beauty industry, she worked on the operationally complex transition of a Cosmetic Distributor into a Manufacturer.
Lauren’s focus is the customer experience and ensuring the operational efficiency of the business.
In particular, she supports Andrew Ford and his clients, who benefit from her personable approach.
Having experience as an Office Manager, Lauren can assist with the Firms suppliers and the wider running of the firm.
