Bail conditions can include, for example, restrictions on travel, surrendering passports and the inability to continue to function properly in your business and personal life.

Preparing for a bail application or variation requires full and forensic preparation when making an application to the court.

Bail, in our opinion, has to be conducted right the first time, so every salient item of evidence to support your application must be secured and vetted by a specialist solicitor from our firm before submission to the court and prosecution.

To date, we have successfully varied pre-existing bail conditions on behalf of our clients during complex criminal investigations that have restricted clients from travelling overseas. As a result of our intervention and full case preparation, prosecution authorities have conceded to our detailed applications avoiding expensive court proceedings and costs.

We Cover All Offences Including:

  • Seized Passports
  • Travel Restrictions
  • Police Station Representations
  • Magistrates and Crown Court Representations
